THE SMALL PRINT

Listings. By submitting your profile and completing payment, you are purchasing a listing slot on getlisted.world. Your listing is subject to verification and our approval. We reserve the right to reject any submission and issue a full refund without providing a reason.

Verification. We verify that submitted accounts are public, active, and genuine. Accounts that are private, inactive, fake, bot-operated, or that contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content will be rejected and refunded automatically.

Removal. We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time and at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where an account becomes private, is suspended, or is found to violate our content standards. Refunds upon removal are issued at our discretion.

Availability. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of the website or any listing. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Payment. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. The listing fee is £1 (one pound sterling) per slot. Fees are non-refundable except where we have rejected or removed a listing.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFO

Who we are. Get Listed World is operated as a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@getlisted.world.

What we collect. When you submit a listing we collect your display name, social media handle, platform, and email address. Your payment is handled securely by Stripe and your listing data is stored securely. We do not store your card details, and we do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Why we collect it. We collect this information solely to verify your account, display your listing on the board, and contact you regarding your listing. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

Legal basis. We process your data on the basis of contractual necessity — you have entered into an agreement with us by purchasing a listing slot, and processing your data is required to fulfil that agreement.

How long we keep it. We retain your data for as long as your listing remains active. If your listing is removed or you request deletion, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@getlisted.world and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies. This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not use any third-party tracking scripts.
